The South Florida Mustang Members
were invited to join the Okeechobee County Cattlemen's Association, Inc. for
there 75th Anniversary Labor Day Parade. It was on Sept. 3, 2001 bright and
early. We had to be there at 9:00am for the Parade to Begin at 10:00am.
It was a very HOT Day 100 degrees,
but despite that heat we all had a BLAST and to top off the day we were
notified that evening that our Drill Team impressed a lot of Folks.
To our Surprise we WON a nice size
check for The Best Non-Profit Organization. We were not even aware that we were
in a competition. There were 700 entries judged on Costumes, Lines and
Originality.
Way to go Mustang Drill Team!!
